At Hedgehog we only deal with tenants and properties of top quality. All our properties come with gas and electrical safety certificates which are renewed annually and all tenants have a dedicated line for any issues or problems that may arrise. As you can imagine Hedgehog only deals with tenants of a certain calibre. All new tenants will be fully credit checked, have an employers reference attained, recent pay slips and latest bank statements must be shown. There is a standard fee of £85 for this process (per property). In addition, our clients expect tenants who respect their properties and, of course, stay up to date with their rent.
